How can I print my tickets?
- Login to Eventbrite with the email you used to purchase your tickets.
- Use the “Profile” icon’s drop down menu in the upper-right corner, and select “Tickets” to view your tickets.
- Select “Upcoming Events” and click “View/Print” on LEFT side to print your tickets.
- Might as well save the pdf while you’re here and don’t forget to print your parking pass too.
- Please bring the printed ticket with you to the Event – we will be collecting your signed waiver at the Gate!
I sold my tickets (at face value, of course) - how do I transfer my tickets to someone else?
- Login to Eventbrite, with the email you used to purchase your tickets.
- Use the “Profile” icon in the upper-right corner, and select “Tickets” and then “Upcoming Events” to view your tickets.
- Select “edit” on the RIGHT side of the page – this will open your ticket information.
- Update the name and email address of the new ticket holder – then to update the ticket information SCROLL TO THE BOTTOM of the page to SAVE!!!
Can I sell my tickets for more than what I paid for them?
No – absolutely not. We are an official Burning Man Regional event and selling tickets above face value is against the very core of our values. Please don’t do it; we would hate to cancel your order and then you and the new buyer are without tickets. With that in mind – please do not purchase tickets for more than their face value.
I can’t see my tickets when I login - what do I do?
Make sure you are logging in with the right email address. If you have forgotten your password, select “forgot my password” to reset or contact Eventbrite directly.
Some other common problems:
- Did you purchase the ticket from someone else? Did they change the name on the ticket, AND add your email address?
- Did they SAVE at the bottom of the page?
- Are you the 2nd edit from the original ticket buyer? If this is the case – contact the original ticket buyer to make the changes. If you have no idea who that is – contact tickets@sdyoutopia.com and include the 0rder number and we may be able to look it up.

I’m part of a Theme Camp or Art Grant - do I automatically get a ticket?
We’re not currently offering directed group sales tickets this year.
I have kids - Is there a special ticket for them?
Yes – if you have a child under the age of 12 on October 19, 2022, you need to obtain an Admission ticket for them for population purposes, but there is no charge for children under the age of 12.
What about Car Camping?
If want to sleep in your van, cab-over or other vehicle (larger than a car but smaller than an RV) and you are camping with a Theme Camp you will be allowed to car camp with the Theme Camp. If you’re camping in open camping, you will also be allowed to car camp. If you are car camping with a Theme Camp you must fit within the Theme Camp’s allotted area. If you do not fit within the Theme Camp’s allotted area, you’ll have to car camp in open camping.
What’s the deal with RVs this year?
RV passes will be available for purchase on a first come first served basis until the number of available RV passes have been sold. RV FAQs
THERE ARE NO HOOKUPS AT THIS VENUE. This means, NO water, NO electricity and NO sewer/ waste dumps. There will be NO water trucks and NO sewer/tank pump trucks. Your RV/Trailer/Van/ETC will need to be COMPLETELY capable of “dry camping” for the entire duration of your planned stay.
I have a lot of really expensive equipment or art - can I have my car with me at camp?
All cars will be allowed to park within designated Theme Camp areas or open camping.
I have a Service Animal - can I bring it with me?
With the exception of genuine ADA service dogs (see below), pets are NOT permitted at the event. No dogs, no cats, or pet marmots. NO animals may be brought on site. Love your pet? Don’t bring fluffy to the event.
The conditions at YOUtopia aren’t friendly to our furry friends. Heat and the desert environment can take a heavy toll. Costumed people, loud noises, moving vehicles, desert wildlife, all of these can make YOUtopia a scary, even deadly environment for pets.
Per Title II and III of the ADA, exceptions will be made for disabled persons with service dogs. Emotional support and/or therapy dogs are not designated service dogs as defined by the ADA, and thus are not permitted entry. PRIOR approval by Event staff is required.
