Send an email to tickets@sdyoutopia.com and include the following information:
- Full legal name of seller
- Full legal name of buyer
- Email addresses of seller and buyer
- Order number
If you are having issues with the process of editing ticket information, ask yourself the following questions before contacting Eventbrite or YOUtopia:
- Did I change the name AND email address to match the new participant’s information?
- Did I scroll all the way to the bottom of the page and click SAVE after inputting the new participant’s info?
- Am I the original purchaser of this ticket from the Eventbrite site?
If you answered NO to Questions 1 and/or 2, please take the appropriate actions that will allow you to answer YES!
If you answered NO to Question 3, contact the original purchaser of the ticket and ask them to edit the information on the order. If you don’t know who that person is, send an email to tickets@sdyoutopia.com that includes the names and email addresses of the buyer and seller as well as the order number and we will try to help you out.
